Ok let me say this is opionion
ill read my halo books again but i remember reading somewhere spartan III could not where anthing other than spi
the pillar of autanm was up in space the entire time
in the game of reach it fell in a day wtf
some charaters of nolbe team where real but not all
yes cortana can clone herself but it says that the one in campain is the full version and she was in space forever

i have the right to think it is not cannon since its a before the 1st game

but i will say every game they make in the future is cannon because its in the future and they can do whatever they want

no camplaining this is my opinion and im acctualy one of the people who likes reach just not cause of campain but it is by far my favorite multiplayer other the halo 2

The Canon has changed, but Cortana was Slip in to two pieces, just because most SIII wore SPI, some were used as testers for Mk.V, all personnel in reach are Canon, the POA in Dry Dock is the only problem except there 40 mins were it could have used boosters to land and then go back to space, about the time to finish the mission on Heroic
