I just played campaign on legendary and completed it in under 3 hours to aquire the nameplate for that specific challenge but I didn’t get the nameplate even after restarting the game. I am 100% sure it was under 3 hours because I timed it.
Even if you say you timed it, I would suggest to check your career report in MCC. There you can find your total campaign time.
