okay, is there any way that I can get the flaming helmet (Blue OR Red) and or changing my nameplate on reach? I’m a complete noob at this stuff
You might be able to buy a code to get the Legendary (red) flames on Ebay. However, Blue flames were only available to unlock for a short time, and you can no longer change your nameplate.

Last I checked, best buy was still holding onto Legendary editions for Halo: Reach if you want to pay $150.00 for it and find one that has one. Beyond that, ebay or half.com could very well have one for sale.
as for nameplates, 343 hasn’t released any news about nameplate modifications so your stuck with what you’ve got for now, but who knows what the future may hold with those.

Maybe if he made sure the box was sealed and not listed as pre-owned then he wouldn’t have had the problem.
