I participated in the HALO:REACH BETA and waypoint awarded me the avatar hoodie and I wore it for a while. Recently I went to put it back on again, but it’s gone?!?
It’s not in my awards nor does there seem to be any way to get it back via waypoint.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Does anybody know how to get it back?
Who do I contact and how do I contact them?
Try to look it up on your download history.
I don’t see individual avatar items in my DL history.
But I looked on my hard drive under avatar items and both versions (male/female) are there. there is no option to re-download/re-install from that menu
When I go into the avatar editor to change my clothes it’s not there.
I have it, it is on my hard drive, but it’s just not showing up…
My avatar beta shirt and hoodie are also missing, I checked today and redownloaded them over and over again and still nothing, why are they not there???
I’ve also noticed that according to the awards section I don’t have it.
In the menu on Xbox where you can see what games have given you what awards, under Halo:Waypoint it appears as though I never had it, like it has yet to be unlocked.
I’ve scoured the waypoint website and 343’s website and I can’t find a way to contact them to report a problem or submit a trouble ticket, can somebody point me in the right direction?
I never took mine off.

Maybe try deleting Halo Waypoint and re-installing?

But after a long time searching I found it in the avatar editor. When you go to awards and select halo waypoint the hoodie is disguised as a EVA helmet. But it says beta tester hoodie.
