so when I complete a campaign mission or anything else I only get 50 credits don’t know why it doesn’t give me more than 50 need this problem fixed or does anyone know why it does this please help
The more you progress through the campaign and commendations, the less credits you will earn over time. I believe that playing online / connected to XBL also reduces your credit amount. This was done by Bungie to stop credit boosting I believe. Playing multiplayer or Firefight is the best way to earn credits in the game

So i have the same problem, and when im playing split screen, i get only 50 cr, and my friend gets over 1, 000 cr and i can’t rank up
I have a similar problem but I only get 1 to 10 cr
I have a Halo reach game that comes with a free dlc for the Recon helmet so I was thought is would be cool to have so I redeemed the code and got the helmet but after I got the Hemet I was sent back like 3 ranks and my helmets I unlocked were locked again!!! Now when I play campaign mode or forge and firefight I get 50 credit. I can play firefight for like 5 hours and used to get like 10000 credit from that now I get 50 credits HELP PLEASE!!!
Your progress with commendations should work if don’t, maybe you are playing off line or something similar. It happened to me but it was my connection, it sucks.
After reading all these comments, I have lost hope. I thought I should add to the despair by saying that I too have the recon helmet, and everytime I play firefight with my brother he gets 1,000-2,500 CR, and I get 170 CR. Even if we beat the bonus round or if we die on the 1st set. I can only get 170 CR at a time. And it doesn’t help that over the course of the week I’ve gotten 19,000 CR from all my campaign, forge, custom game, firefight, etc… My brother has gotten 60,000 CR. I also thought I’d had that I don’t have xbox live.

I don’t know if this is a similar problem or if I’m credit banned but looking at other people credit ban my problem seems different but when I play a game (any game mode) and I finish it, it shows that I earn the credits but it doesn’t give them to me. Does anyone know the answer to this I’ve been looking all over the internet and haven’t found a solution.
