I was banned on halo and I do not know why I let my friend on my account and next day when I get out of school I found out that my email was changed and he tried to steal my account but I got that dealt with and when I get on halo reach I figure out that I have been band permanently from playing online So can one of you please help me?
Sorry OP, but when you let you others use your account then you are responsible for what happens. Getting banned permanently isn’t something that is reversed, especially not in cases like this as there is no clear way to tell who exactly was using your account at the time of the ban. In future, don’t let friends use your account. Definitely don’t let friends use your account who are going to try and steal it from you, I’d find some better friends if I were you

Good morning.
As Stckrboy stated, as per the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use you agreed upon to signing up for Xbox LIVE, you and solely you are responsible for your LIVE account, so if another player uses it regardless of your consent, you are still responsible for their actions, and hence suffer any consequences thereof those actions.
Your profile was banned from playing Halo: Reach for having it’s four letter/number service tag modded with characters other than numbers and letters and/or having it’s four number/letter service tag modded beyond four characters. Your service tag showing |||| on the website is a clear indicator of that. Sounds like your ‘friend’ didn’t want you playing Reach anymore, so he modded your service tag and went online on Reach to ensure the banhammer would swing, which is rather vindictive if you ask me. This doesn’t look like a case of theft with your account, it looks like a ploy to prevent you from playing Halo: Reach.
Sorry this has happened, and unfortunately, the ban is not reversible. I hope this helps and have a nice day now.
Edit: Additionally looking at your Halo: Reach achievements, I would say your ‘friend’ was trying to get you permabanned from LIVE. He also modded you achievements that are only unlockable online(As they state in a Matchmaking game) as unlocked offline. Achievements include:
-Bounty Hunter
-License to Kill
-Dive Bomber
-Stick it to the Man
-Emergency Room
-All Alone
-Paper Beats Rock
-Don’t Touch That
-Offensive Driver
-You Blew it Up
-Candy from a Baby
All these achievements should have an unlock date with them as they can only be unlocked online and they do not, which is a clear indicator of modding. I also find it coincidential that ‘From Hell’s Heart’ was not unlocked, as if your ‘friend’ was trying to make a statement.
