This thread was created in response to the unlawful behavior of the programs/individuals responsible for the banning of accounts, of which countless injustices have been committed. A cursory glance at any thread associated with bans upon The Waypoint, one may plainly see that such unchecked authority plagues far too many participants within match making and throughout the game at large. Here shall display a list of specific violations I have personally witnessed and I invited those who have experience the same to post as well. Such information shall someday soon be compiled and if necessary a lawful injuction be place with the Better Business Bureau on behalf of all of us that spend our hard earned money for said game and the right to play to the full benefit of the XBOX LIVE experience.
Constitutional amendment five lines out and mandates a due process of law, something which no automated system or simple tally of offenses came claim is in place.
Constitutional amendment six requires the right to a fair trial, notification of alleged offenses, the right to confront one’s accuser, and the right to defend one’s self from such accusations.
I urge future posters to clarify which infringements they have faced, as well as list any other violations they experienced. The more evidence which can be brought to light on the subject the faster such actions may be righteous punished.
