Halo reach : Bad resolution on Xboxone

Hello !

Sorry, i posted it on the wrong section :

I searched on the web but i can’t find any information nor any case similar to be : Every one complain about the poor FPS when you play the game on a Xbox one but i have another issue :
Well, i played it on my 1080p TV with my X360, and the game has a 1080p resolution, no problem.
Now, i want to play on the same TV BUT with my X1 (correctly set on 1080p) > The game looks bad, everything is pixellated (like 480p resolution maybe), far from its quality when it runs on X360 …
Xbox one games (like Halo 5) looks great on 1080p, but not this game … What have i done wrong ?

A precision : the xbox one seems to work with the correct resolution even with halo reach launched (when i press the menu button, everything is fine in the lateral panel), but the game is in low res …

Any advice ?

I tried the campaign, and the FPS are pretty low, maybe 15-20 FPS in any scene

That’s strange it should be around 26-29 fps.

What’s yout thought about it ? I feel the resolution to be pretty low but maybe the game work just like this on xbox one … (same for the FPS)

I do get a bit of motion blur for example when I look away from the falcon.

I have this problem as well. Halo 3 and Halo 4 on the MCC look great and play at the correct resolution, but Reach plays at some lower resolution and also struggles at a low frame rate. It looks like the latest version is installed. Has happened on multiple TVs

It seems that we have the same resolution. You must be right the FPS must me around 25 for both of us.

Well it looks ugly for me but maybe it’s just like this. Far from the quality of the MCC.

This game need a definitive edition with 1080p/60FPS (just like halo wars for example)

Does it feel gittery when you play? Mine felt like it was running at a decent frame rate.

It feels a bit lagish, but when you are used to 40-60 FPS it’s just hard to go below 30 :-/

Just stumbled across this form after realizing I never beat reach on legendary. Any fix? terrible fps and it feels like I’m playing in 720p :confused:
