Halo reach armors added to halo 3 in mcc

I think adding halo reach armor or even just helmets would be the best thing ever would anyone else like that?

i like the idea of bringing reach helmets over to halo 3. i do wish other titles in the collection got more love though. halo 2 and halo ce content would be great

Yes, they should do this, at least helmets and the Fronk’s water bottle added to H3. And Mark VII should be added to both Reach and H3. Add H3 back accessories and visors to Reach.

Tbh I’d love it if we could use the Reach Spartan models/undersuits in H3, particularly the hands. Would be nice to have Reach’s female Spartans as an H3 option too.

Honestly I’d rather they add the rest of Halo 3’s season 8 armor to Reach, Halo 3 has got enough cosmetic attention.

Personally no, i’d dislike seeing Halo Reach helmets in Halo 3 for the same reasons i dislike seeing Season 8 helmets (or Halo 3 helmets in general) in Halo Reach.

I’d much rather they either

  • release the Fireteam Raven/CEA Mark V and more Halo Online armor sets for Halo 3 (prefferably of the Elite variety) as well as finish what they started with the content that’s remained unreleased since season 5. (Also would help in that adding the H:O Cleric set for Elites contains a necessary fix to the waist on the sets added in season 7)

or

  • port the H2A Campaign Mark VI to replace the current Halo 3 version from season 5 and update all the preexisting legacy permutations to match, making the graphical quality for all armor sets in the new visuals equal across the board.

I wouldn’t mind seeing more Halo: Reach content ported to Halo 4 rather than Halo 3, honestly. The armour effects were a pleasant surprise.

OP, those helmets you’re referring to do nothing and are completely useless - they don’t actually have any effects in-game. None of the various “armor” you have access to actually does anything and can be ignored.

I remember there being talk that the code for those effects in 4 might have been leftover from Reach, but possibly could still be in H2A as well.

Would be nice to see that restored if true!

Oh, really? I didn’t know that. No wonder it seemed a bit random to include them in Halo 4, lol. If there is some coding for them in Halo 2: Anniversary as well, it would be great if they got added to it. You can never have too many armour effects xD
