I bought the MCC in December during Season 4. I was looking to get the Reach armor effects for multiplayer and saw online that they were unlockable in season 1. My question is if it possible to unlock them another way for multiplayer, will they be made available again at some point or are they just permanently locked for anyone who got it after season 1?

When you go to the Season Rewards section, just press LT and RT to change the Season. All rewards are still unlockable.
