My halo reach anniversary map pack won’t work. It does not have the yellow exclamation mark next to it. Microsoft support had me clear my system cache, delete and redownload my profile, and I deleted and redownloaded the map pack, and I am selecting the correct storage device (hard drive). What can I do to fix this?
