I recently redeemed my code for the Halo Reach matchmaking maps , that I got from my copy of Halo Anniversary. I downloaded it completely, and afterwards when I start up my copy of Reach and go to custom games, the game recognizes that I have the maps, but when I try to load one of the maps off of the map pack it says “players failed to load content”, at first I thought it was my disc, but only the maps on the anniversary map pack have this problem. I’ve deleted the map pack from my hard drive and re downloaded it, I’ve reset my system cache, I’ve transferred licences, all of which did nothing. If anyone has any clue on what my problem could be I would really appreciate you taking your time and helping me find a solution.
It is probably worth it to contact @XboxSupport about your issue. Something doesn’t seem right if you have performed all of those steps.
Actually, if you have Bungie Pro, delete the “license” from your hard drive. It’s a troubleshooting step that is probably unrelated to the issue that you have (it probably won’t help at all since Reach recognizes the maps), but it’s worth a shot.
This happened to me but all i did was re-download it and it was fine, strange?
Have you got Bungie Pro Confirmation on your Hard Drive? If so, delete that.
