I just booted up the backwards compatible Halo Reach and I saw that I am missing my Recon attachment I got back when I pre ordered the limited addition of the game. Also the Elite officer.
In Halo 3 I was always sad I never got the MK V helmet from playing online, I got the achievment but never the helmet, so it was bugged forever and could never get it.
When you go into manage game, generally any additional DLC tied to your profile should be in there under “Ready to install”. Once you install and reboot the game it should be available to use
