It would be nice to have all the DLCS back into a playable playlist who cares of how many people play it the maps deserve to be played on again!
If you could find at least 1000 people to come here and say the same thing, it might come back, but all DLC playlists in the past have been removed due to low population and the same will just happen again.
I understand that you want to play your DLC, but adding in a dead playlist isn’t going to do anything good for the game. You’ll constantly experience laggy games as you’ll be matching people from multiple locations in the world due to the low player pool.
I don’t think I’d ever join a playlist with less than 500 people in it. I’ve seen how bad matches get.
OP, there are simply not enough people to play it. Even if the population of DLC owners were to double… It would be an unplayable playlist. You say you don’t care about low population… Go play a couple hundred games in Arena, you will get an idea of why you will need a higher population.

You rarely ever match with similarly skilled players
Overall, not a pleasant experience.
I find decent games in team objective (even though most games are stacked with parties and I roll my eyes as my team loses).
I only play slayer and team swat these days simply because of a low population of the other fun playlists.
And those are little fun with all the armor ability noobs and games where the other team is one big party.
Seems Reach has been getting worse and worse with each game. Time to turn to Halo 3 I suppose.
Breakpoint is my favourite Reach map. I want to play on it again! Highlands and Tempest were awesome too. No fair.

That’s because there was still a decent amount on Halo: Reach, however now I’m willing to bet it will be lower than 100 at peak.

But there are already low playlists, for example; Superslayer, I believe it has the lowest, I don’t even think it gets 100 players. Why not just remove that playlist and replace it with a DLC playlist?

Removing it by a dead playlist and replacing it with another dead playlist isn’t going to solve any problem.
343i are planning on consolidating the Reach playlists in the future.

More like if you could get 343 to pay any attention to Reach or this sub-forum. They don’t care about Reach any longer, there hasn’t been a single update since before Halo 4 was released. As far they’re concerned Reach is final.
