I downloaded the Halo Reach Nople Map Pack add-on but I’ve tried all the options and I have also got support from microsoft but even then still no solution was reached so the microsoft staff member told me to post on here to see if there is a way to help me fix the situation.
What issues are you having with the pack?
I downloaded the add on and I tried deleting the add on then deleting my account (to refresh if that was the problem), account was put back again and downloaded again the same map pack to see if that fixed the issue. It didn’t since I went onto the game and tried to go to custom games to play on a map that was in that add on but still kept saying “have to activate content to be allowed to play this certain map” and every time I clicked to “purchase” it just says “would you like to download again?” and after downloading it yet again, it still says the map(s) are still unavailable to play since the add on content was not purchased.
