Try heading over to TrueAchievements. You can join/create a gaming session there and find some folks to coordinate achievement hunting with.

I am hosting a gaming session in a couple of days for a few Halo: Reach achievements. We already have 8 players but you are more than welcome to sign up as a reserve in case someone doesn’t make it.
