For those who 've completed this achieve: complete 9th mission on legendary with scorpion intact , does that mean we can pass it with some damage or without getting damage ?
It means you must compete the first half of that level without letting the scorpion blow up once. The best way to do this is to go into an area on foot first, clear out the enemies then come back for the scorpion. Btw you only get the achievement after driving your scorpion to a certain point or atleast that’s how it classic worked for me.

You got it. This is the one achievement that pissed me off the most. Especially on how annoying the shade turrets and revanents become
lol I got it by accident on my Legendary run. But you can have a damaged Scorpion. You have to bring it up to Sword Base while it is still drivable.

So, if i run until the entrance of sword base without grabbing scorpion once will it count aswell?

No, from what i remember you have to get the scorpion to the gates at sword base that lead to the courtyard. The tank can take damage, but if it gets destroyed you have to start the level all over again, starting at the last checkpoint wont give you this achievement.

EDIT: looking at the info in that link again, aparently i am wrong and you can restart from your last check point, wish i noticed that when i did it! haha
