Hello everyone,
I was cleaning out my room when I noticed something, I hadn’t seen in a long time, something that i spent days and even months of my life with. I pulled it out from under the pile of clothes and there it was, Halo: reach just as I remember. My hands began to tremble, I began to shake with excitement. I found my dusty Xbox 360 and cleaned it out and shoved that disk in there like the eager 13 year old I was at launch. I’m 19 now and I feel blessed I was alive during the same time as this game. I missed Reach so bad. I had the Waypoint exclusive CQB helmet, I had bungie blue flames, i wanted it all back. But as I booted up the 360 the broke 13 year old inside of me cried. My xbox live ran out 3 years ago, so I have but just question (sorry if im wasting your time.)
TL;DR: Does Halo Reach still have players? If so how many? (I remember a player counter)

There’s roughly over a thousand players. Some playlists will have less than double digit number of players, but the games like arena, BTB and infection are still crowded and you’ll be in a game in no time.
I haven´t played it since H5 came out but I hear it has a pretty solid population still. I even heard they updated the emulator on the Xbox One so you can play it properly on that too. I recently downloaded the update required and have plans to play it but haven´t figured out what control scheme to use so I don´t mess up my H5 play. I use an Elite controller and standard controller settings for H5 but must find a suitable setup to use for Reach control scheme on the elite controller.
