Hi,
I recently got into the 3rd Phase of the Flights and when setting up the game, I noticed a slight Issue I’m having.
Currently when I set the game to 2560x1440 and save the changes it just reverts to 2560x1080, This is not the native resolution of my monitor so things don’t look quite as good.
It’s not a massive issue but I just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas for a fix or if anyone else has experienced something similar.
Note: I also tried turning down the resolution just to makes sure changing resolution actually works and it does. I’m also able to get it to run at 2560x1440 in if I put the game into windowed mode but not in full screen for some reason.
Thanks
If you haven’t already, please check the known issues list on the support site in case this is a bug that the devs are aware of.
If it isn’t, submit a ticket detailing the issue - this is the best way to bring it to their attention.

Thanks, I already did check the known issues there are similar resolution issues but not the same as the one I have, I’ll submit a ticket didn’t realize this wasn’t the right place to bring this up

No worries, mate. Bug reports made here are liable to go unseen by the devs or get lost in the soup of threads so it’s a much safer bet to file a ticket on the support site.
In case others see this (it was the first result on google for me), I was seeing the same behavior when I had two 2560x1440 monitors attached to my computer. Disabling my secondary monitor allowed me to properly set the resolution of the game to 2560x1440 in fullscreen mode. I made a bug about it here: https://support.halowaypoint.com/hc/en-us/requests/12411

Hopefully that’ll help some people so thanks for the tip, Unfortunately for me I only have 1 monitor and it’s still an issue but I’m sure it’ll be fixed eventually.

I have been having this issue with 3840x2160. It reverts to one resolution down when setting it, but only in fullscreen. Borderless works great with 4K.

Yep that is exactly the Issue I am having with 2560x1440, reverts to 2560x1080 and I am using borderless to get around it too.
