Halo reach 2?

You mean Combat Evolved?

A sequel to a prequel?

Halo reach 2 would be awesome but would half to be a ending to the series since the halo rings are almost gone so it would be fitting for chief, the new spartan, or even a new noble team to destroy or save reach. So in my opinion this would end halo off with a bang.

A sequel to Reach or even just an expansion like ODST using the Halo 5 engine would be great. Reach was my favourite single player campaign by far, mainly because I love the human settings and weapons.

Maybe you could play as another blank protagonist, who follows Jun to try and find Jorge after a distress call is picked up from unknown space with Noble team’s authorisation signature.

It’d be nice to have a sequel, picking up where Halo: Reach left off. Bungie never confirmed the exact date of Noble Six’s death, leaving it up to the player’s imagination.

That means with the sequel, they could make it so that Noble 6 survived. Imagine he was left for dead by the Elites after the epilogue, and later stumbled upon by a group of survivors- including other Spartans, Marines, ODSTs, and some local militia- who take him in, tend to his wounds, repair his armor and provide him/her with a replacement helmet. Then you begin a guerilla war against the Covenant occupying Reach as you search for a way off the planet. It would end with Noble 6 and his fellow survivors commandeering a Covenant ship and returning to Earth just before the start of Halo 2, with Noble 6 remaining listed as MIA so that he can return to his previous profession of doing ONI’s dirty work.

Do you mean by a separate game that takes place on Reach, or a sequel to Six’s story? I personally don’t want to see Six’s story touched however a different game before or during the Fall of Reach I guess would be cool.

What I want is a halo series set through the human-covenant war, not just a couple months of it. I want to see full out destruction of cities, space battles, glassing of planets and watching nuclear warheads go flying

Someone needs to hire you right now for this

If the final scene before credits of Halo Reach is any indication, I think we already played the sequel. Don’t you think?

I get that a lot… no, seriously; you’re like the two-hundredth person to say that after I posted an idea like that.

How would there be a second halo reach if Reach was basically destroyed by the covenant.

Easy. People go back to Reach to find a some beacon on Reach that’s active and find Noble 6 alive in some secret bunker and they get attacked by militia and the crazy Spartan chick.

Reach was one of my favorites, but I don’t think a sequel on reach is possible. First, Six wouldn’t have survived on reach for almost ten years with no support. Jun gave up being a spartan, and instead helped to introduce the spartan IV’s.

I do think this would be an awesome story, and I would love to see another noble possibly return, but it is confirmed that 5/6 spartan’s of noble team are KIA or MIA. Carter, Six, and Jorge would be MIA, but many sources have their death dates listed officially.

That doesnt make any sense. Every single member of Noble Team died except Jun. And i dont know if you forgot but the Whole planet of Reach got glassed by The Covenant.

Halo Reach’s campaign is my favourite as well.

I would definitely love a second Halo Reach, but centered more around the book’s telling of the events, and what 117 was doing at the time…

Or perhaps, other spartan/marine groups on the planet.

Yeah, that could be pretty cool, kind of the way ODST did with New Mombasa from Halo 2. Play as some Marines fighting on Reach and maybe you run into members of Noble team or fight alongside them along the way.

Yes that is amazing but what about them returning in 2589? Does anyone remember? I think that they should but that part in someway at the end of that.
also the only way he could of survived is the fact he put his had in the energy dagger.

Jun’s still a higher-up in the SPARTAN-IV program. What if he handpicks and guides a new NOBLE Team? And then when Brutes or something attack Reach, we have a fresh new team ready to go!
