Would u like to see reach 2?
Why? Reach’s story has been told so many times. What’s left?
I wouldn’t mind a spaceship combat strategy MMO game for Halo, but including battles from Halo lore would probably not work because the UNSC lost a lot of them. Maybe a game based on untold stories of humans before the forerunners fired the Halo rings. Something that lands in the same category as the Homeworld games.

A second game could focus on a team of Spartans fending off Forerunner soldiers when Cortana sends a Guardian to Reach.

Halo: Combat Evolved is the story continuation and Halo 4 is the gameplay continuation.
No, Reach is done for.
Reach does not require a sequel, because it is a memory, a reminder of what the Covenant did to Humanity, and all of our efforts in the war.
Remember Reach.
I’d rather see reach ported to either xbox one in general, or just added to mcc
It’s one of my favorite halo games, but it is so difficult to play due to how it ends up looking on a 4k tv on the x. Even weird is none of the 360 games I’ve played have the weird blurring.
Indoors, it’s generally fine. Just kinda blocky but I can get past the AA effect.
When I’m outside, when I’m a certain distance from things it literally becomes a mess to look at. Its so jagged I cant make out what anything is past a certain distance. And it makes it difficult to see anything to shoot, especially in tanks, in the heat of combat. Never had an issue on the 360. Just didnt see detail far away. Now it’s just obscured.
‘‘Remember Reach’’ but Halo Reach 2 it will not exist. Maybe in 2020 come out Halo: Reach Anniversary
Yes, I would love to see a Reach 2, what happened to Jun?

Read Bad Blood.
Spiritual successor in the “offline game modes and Forge” sense for me.
Reach was basically destroyed. What is there left to tell?
Absolutely. People on these forums are so close-minded when it comes to the potential of a sequel to Halo: Reach… they could do a new team of Spartan-IIIs trying to survive on Reach after the Pillar of Autumn’s departure. Or let us experience the invasion of Reach from the Covenant perspective; let us play as an Elite Zealot fighting against the UNSC, a Covenant counterpart to Noble-6, searching for the Forerunner relic on the planet. Or let us play as Buck again, see the invasion of Reach from his eyes as you try to escape the planet before it gets glassed.

You are aware that Reach was glassed after the ship’s departure. We’re not close-minded, it’s simply not possible to get a sequel.
And what enemies are we fighting as that S-III squad? Covenant? Impossible. They left the planet alone for a reason. Flood? Keep dreaming. Prometheans? Planet wasn’t critical enough during the Forerunner-Flood war, why bother having guards there? Humans? Fallout with Halo coat. What will there be to explore? Finding a Forerunner relic? Well, it was already found by the UNSC, and you see it with your own eyes in the end of the Package.
Still, your ideas take place DURING the events, which further proves that a sequel is simply not possible.
Topic: No, reasons explained above.

Its gonna be fun floating in the void after Reach just got glassed, should make for a great sequel. Really though, a sequel isn’t possible.

Reach was glassed not Death Starred so you wouldn’t be floating in a void unless that is where you go when you get incinerated. Although I don’t think they should (and most likely won’t) have a Reach 2, it would be nice to have a book with the perspectives of Marines and crew members of ships and citizens and Covenant(I would like to see more of the Covenant perspective in Halo canon).
If anyone could recommend any good books or something including or from the Covenant’s perspective of the war I would greatly appreciate it.

It would seem to weird to label it as Halo Reach 2 because people would see it as a sequel. I like the idea of playing through the battle on Reach from a different perspective but it would need a different title or spin off. Maybe even something along the lines of Spartan Ops where it wouldn’t be a full fledged game but smaller missions to tell a different story

That “sequel” we never knew we had (probably) but was there all along since the beginning.

I mean, you’re not wrong! LOL! Halo Reach was the prequel to everything and Halo CE picks up on the Pillar of Autumn not long after the events of Halo Reach
