I’ve been trying to figure out why I’m ineligible for the Halo quest going on, and I haven’t found a single answer. I am a Gold member, and I have the Game Pass.
Did you check over the quest rules? You can always send an email over if you’re ineligible

Yep, I’m definitely eligible according to those rules.
I’m kind of curious about this too. I just started playing on game pass, but every time I click on my progress on my laptop it keeps saying I’m not eligible. I tried looking around for a tab I can click on my xbox, but I haven’t been able to find it. Maybe that’s why I’m not eligible? I know that I’m using game pass because I have 4 games I’m downloading right now, so at least that part worked…
