Halo Online is going to rule!
It’ll have everything mcc has to offer, (h1-4, h2a) , additionally reach, firefight odst… dlc add-on (or included right away). The netcode will be significantly improved and for windows exclusively of course (sorry mac users). It’ll have fileshare that can link to websites, a fully working forge (that gets better over time), unlimited custom charts/stats linked to websites. What if a true matchmaking system with playlists 0-50 rank (in some but not all like x1 version) can be worked over this pc client service. It’ll rival steam, can deal with cheaters/hackers and be for halo, (maybe further games can be added down the road for cost) Yes this is what Halo has missed. Population will be healthy for years to come…
This is what mcc is supposed to be but cant be because its online is limited to a console and xbox live, not actual pcs. Think about how well oceanic (australia, nz) gaming, asian and europe gaming will do.
Having it in Russia only is like a huge beta test going on… when we get it acess in 3-10months it’ll be such a polished game and Halo will become the true backbone of Microsoft gaming. Imagine having your own custom dedicated halo server (would cost us maybe 5/m and $10/m for high pop 13vs13+) up to 42max maybe?. A near 100% working game that e-sports can thrive in.
Some people who’ve said they played Halo online says its trash. I’m just speculating this as it would fix mcc.
better not be halo online as that’s crap, huge insult to pc gamers. I mean they finally put a halo fps on the pc again but release it in russia of all places and make it f2p with no campaign…

Exactly, Halo Online is trash, I played the beta and I think it is still up. The game is just pure trash and a insult to PC gamers and makes me sick. El Doritos version is way better than the real one, Pay to win trash, took me like 8 hours of grinding just to get a gun for I think 6 hours of time.
Lets not forget the power ups, 3 grenades at once, sprint faster, see through walls (prometian Vision), ground pound with armor lock mixed, and I forgot the other one.
Also sprint on the Halo 2 and Halo 3 maps make the game horrible, playing it on Turf sucks, and playing on guardian makes me want to kill myself.

The only decent thing about halo online would be the nice looking maps, I’ve explored some of them and they were pretty good looking.
The actual idea of halo online is just awful, shouldn’t be f2p and shouldn’t be restricted to being tested in russia, do they not realise a massive chunk of online fps cheaters originate from russia? (no offence to legit players but it’s true) just have to look at the pbbans website. wonder who’s dumb idea that was…

Why didn’t you put that in your original post? It reads like it’s true and confirmed.
Even so after being a giant Halo fan since day one for Halo 1, I have to say Halo Online is very bad, like utter trash, I mean no lag and hit registrations are perfect but the game and the idea is horrible. If you want to play a decent version of the game just play El Doritos version, they basically made Halo 3 on the PC with that game
