Though it may confuse some, Halo Online being a PC exclusive to Russia has seen a lot of backlash. Halo fans are rightfully enraged that 343i would deny those of us who are not Russian access to this new game. Though Halo Online is simply a heavily-modified Halo 3 with Call of Duty and Halo 4-inspired elements, it does not change the fact that everyone deserves to be able to play this game. And I do not just mean PC owners, but console owners as well. Whether it be on XBOX 360 or XBOX One, XBOX users deserve a chance to play this game too. All of the “pay-to-win” stuff could be handled through DLC on console and on PC nothing would have to change. So please, 343i. Let us play Halo Online (officially).
Putting it on consoles would kill the point of making this game. The closed beta is Russia only, and while they have not confirmed a worldwide release, they have not ruled one out.
Its not a 343i developed game. Saber Interactive (A Russian studio) is making it, their game - their rules.
