i can t play halo master chief collection offline . when i try to play this game offline the game freeze on me the only way i describe this problem . all other games play fine but i need help with this game

hi sorry for the late reply last time I play this game offline yes it did freeze but this game gave me a snowy white screen when I try to play this game on a save gameplay I have reinstall this game didn’t help the problem . I wiil try to play this game offline to see if the problem if it still there .

I played my halo master chief collection offline still having problems I get this snowy white screen when I play halo 4 and other mission having problems too . The other mission they all freeze up and missing graphics problems I need a answer soon I have power cycle doesn t help uninstall this game in the past that didn’t help
