So I was playing Reach(not specific to Reach though) and accidentally opened the Task Manager via a macro button on my mouse. This opened task manager, but Halo disappeared both from the display and in Task manager. However, game sounds were still playing and I was still dying in-game. No way to access it though, nothing in task bar or in the expanded view of all open windows. It’s really strange. Since I cannot end it in task manager(nothing is actually there), the only way to stop it is to restart my PC. Idk if there is something I can do to remedy this or if 343 has to do something.
had this same exact problem when i tried to open another app and go back to halo 2. i was so confused and had to restart my pc /:
