I can load in but soon after I press enter and click anything on the screen my game freezes and does not respond.

<p>This may or may not be related, but when I was changing settings and clicked it to “Fullscreen”, there was a fatal error and shut it down. I tried to load it back up but it is stuck and not responding. I am going to just redownload it and not touch the Fullscreen setting</p>

i’m with the same problem.
starts fine until i press enter then it stop respond

Try Ctrl+Alt+Del then cancel then Click on the halo MCC Icon on the taskbar worked for me

Have you found any solution to this yet? Im having this problem today. The game was working fine up until now.

no, not yet I have gotten further though I can load into the campaign.

this may sound strange but i found the solution on my end. When i plugged my ethernet into the router it wouldnt work for some reason but when i plugged my ethernet into the wall it would work. If you cant test out an alternate connection i would find a way to maybe check your NAT type to see if that is causing the issue.

I experienced the same issue and found a fix; My microsoft account for the xbox store didn’nt match the account i was using to play the downloaded game. Once i signed into the matching accounts it didn’t freeze anymore. Hope this helps.

Im playing on xbox and im having a different issues. Ive been playing the laso campaigns. I beat halo 1, now im on 2. However I tried halo 4and beat the first 3 levels but when I saved and quit it showed that i was 0 out of 8. I thought it glitched so i beat those levels again and again it didn’t save my progress. Ive tried uninstalling the game the reinstalling, ivetried playing on a different xbox and nothing has worked. Please help. #343
