I bought the limited edition halo 5 xbox with the deluxe version of halo 5 and it was supposed to give me 2 premium halo req packs per week an dI have only gotten one and also I am suposed to get all addons for free and with the voices of war req pack out I haven’t been able to get for free

The Voices of War REQ pack is a premium DLC separate from any other deal; buying the limited edition of Halo 5 does not guarantee you free access to any premium DLC except the Warzone REQ Bundle. Nobody got the Voices pack for free.
As for why you aren’t getting 2 packs per week from the Bundle, I’m not sure.
