Halo Nightfall won't play on the Halo Channel

I’ve recently bought a physical copy of the MCC and have had the very same issue as so many others are having with watching Halo Nightfall. I’ve researched endlessly looking for a fix, but nothing seems to work. I’ve followed the steps published by the support team but yet I’m still prompted to “Buy Nightfall” even though I have it installed. This is ridiculous, the MCC has been out since November of 2014 and there are still issues with it’s contents. I’d appreciate some help, thanks.
