I can not express how frustrated I am with this experience I have been enduring.
The fact I bought Halo Nightfall, a $15 purchase btw, and I can’t even watch it on the Halo Channel app on my phone as it says the video can’t be played at this moment. Nothing is work after multiple fixes of resetting the app.
Before I even had this issue, I dealt with a earlier frustration of a problem where I bought Nightfall, but the app didn’t register that I bought it at all for 24 hours. Now I have this issue where the freaking video won’t play.
Let me guess what’s next, I watch all of Halo Nightfall and then I also don’t get the achievement items?
How hard is it to make something actually reliable 343? Seriously. This is unacceptable, as I spent $15 for NOTHING.
I request help as I really feel like I shouldn’t be spending much more money because stuff like this happens way too often.

If you’re watching Nightfall just for the in-game rewards, let me stop you there.
Nightfall isn’t worth it, and the in-game rewards can be found randomly in REQ packs anyway.
If you want a refund, I would suggest taking up with Microsoft support, and even including maybe a screencap of the issues you are experiencing with Nightfall and the Halo Channel. The Halo Channel is barely supported anymore, so that’s probably the biggest issue. I would expect a revamp or resolution sometime this year simply due to the release and ramp up toward Halo: Infinite, but there’s another six months left in the year.
Honestly, the easiest and cheapest way to watch Nightfall is getting a DVD copy of it off eBay for $5, if you really just want to watch Nightfall. The in-game rewards are not exclusive to watching Nightfall, so if that’s all that you’re after, your best shot is just to grab some REQ packs in Halo 5.

I totally forgot there were rewards for MCC. It’s like the Swarm Skull and a few nameplates or emblems or something?
