Halo Nightfall Is not playing correctly

Hello Waypoint Support, I already know this will end terribly based off what other players are saying about Halo Nightfall.

My issue is with the streaming quality of Halo Nightfall looking like 480p at best, and constant video playback disruptions with errors that state “That’s not right… and sorry about that. The content you selected can’t be played at this time.” I’ve purchased this content from the Xbox store 20MAY16, and I keep getting the same issues across multiple devices (Two Xbox Ones, and PC). Oddly just about every other video seems to work just fine from the Halo Channel, and before you ask, yes I’ve done the basic troubleshooting, and a bit more that would be considered way over the top for the heads of your tier2/1 support.

All I want, is for someone from the Waypoint Team to admit that there is an issue with the service, they make a note on my support ticket, so I can go back to Xbox Support and get a refund for Halo Nightfall.
