Ok so The requirements to get The nightfall helmet is to watch episode one of halo nightfall. Thats what I did. But It didn’t give me the nightfall helmet. What do I Do?
I’m having a similar issue with the Nightfall armor.
I watched every episode of Nightfall when they were released. It shows that I have unlocked it on Halo Channel, but it’s not showing up on the armor customization page.
I even replayed all of the Nightfall episodes to see if that would fix it, but it didn’t.
I have every other reward such as the helmet and emblems/skull in the MCC. Why is the armor locked?

Yeah, I watched all five and nothing, I wish they would get this fixed!
I’m in the same boat too. I literally just finished watching all five episodes of nightfall and not once did I receive anything on unlocking the armor. I watched it on my phone so could that be a problem or is it an overall issue?

I watched it on my xbox and still nothing, hopefully when we have the game it will be unlocked…
I saw all episodes and got the helmet, but now my Waypoint account has no data of me playing the Halo 5 beta and my badge is gone… anyone else have this issue?
Either there is something we are missing or there is an actual problem. Hopefully someone who can help us with this comes on soon! I don’t want to push back my time playing Halo 5.

Same here, and I’m ticked off because I want that helmet sooooo bad. Because I know I won’t be getting recon anytime soon
I’m having the same problem and I’ve watched all 5 episodes of nightfall. Initially, the helmet took a few minutes to load onto my Xbox account after I watched nightfall (it appeared in my collection); however, after two hours after finishing all episodes, the armor (or req card) hasn’t load onto my account.

I’m having a similar issue… I watched Nightfall (bought Halo MCC) and all the second stories on the Halo channel on XBOne, and it shows that I got all the rewards in the app, but the armor or helmet hasn’t unlocked in Halo 5.
Same, I watched on mobile and XBOne so idk what’s up with this. My Mk 6 armor has been rewarded and the nightfall armor but the helmet is what I want…
I got it watching it through HaloChannel nonstop marathon style. Not too hard, complications might be from network disruption during your watch. I would try to uninstall, reinstall Halo Channel and watch it again I guess? If thats something that has not been done yet.
Im having a problem accessing the nightfall series. I downloaded it digitally and everytime I try to watch an episode it says “buy” and “details” I tried accessing it through MCC instead of the Halo Channel app but it doesn’t work there either. All I want is to enjoy the Halo universe.
All I’d like is a little bit of help to get my Nightfall series to work.
