Halo needs a fan in charge

I’m a huge star wars fan and if anyone is a fan of star wars rebels or knows who Dave filoni is do you agree that 343 needs someone like him leading 343?imo halo is headed by people just doing a job,and not those who seem passionate about halos future

Yeah I just feel like people blame the entire staff as a whole haha

Certain people on the staff I think need to be let go,but not everyone
