The halo books are great filled with branching storytelling and colorful details about each character. Halo 5 is a mess of fragments and good ideas but going anywhere to conclusions that give it any feelings. Buck says this they are going to hate us. But nothing appears in later missions to answers the thought. Boss battle only happened with the warden and feel easy. New blood is written communication that tells a perfect story. saints testimony gives me something compelling about artificial intelligence that halo 5 only started to. Your books are better 343 industries stop making bad halo Xbox one games thank you. Your book are the real storytelling without bad missions and characters like Locke that are one dimensional with no soul or drive to save earth.
This support thread is for technical issues with the game Halo 5: Guardians. Your comments would be more appropriate in the General Discussion or Halo 5: Guardians forums.

Get Eric Nylund Back on the Novel/story telling and Throw Brian Reed out
I think keeping to a consistent narrative would make things better. I don’t expect the Created narrative to last given how 343 abandoned the Absolute Record and Janus Key arc from Spartan Ops and Escalation. I just don’t think they have a clear plan.

The creates story line will wrap up in a comic book or forum post lol. Calling it now. I kind of hope it does. I don’t see how fighting AI could be fun.
“Master Chief, put down your guns and hack that console!”

Janus Key- oh right, that thing… from Spartan Ops… kinda forgot about it, and I’m a large Halo and Lore fan.

It would also make a great paperweight.
I would really like to see Eric Nylund or any other good writer that has worked within the Halo franchise to at least help in writing campaigns in the future.
they were in the right direction with halo 4, unfortunately the non lore halo fans made them go backwards with halo 5.
