I’ve noticed when playing online in Reach that some people have a transparent nameplate, is this a glitch or is there something you have to do to unlock it?
its a color called ultra white which you can get by hex id modding your color id its allowed its been in multiple halos i think that bungie used it for their seventh column emblems you wouldn’t get banned for it unless you mod your clan tag with it which i say don’t
I don’t know what you’re talking about but I’m one of the few who have the seven logo thing that you could’ve only gotten in Bungie.net when it was still active. Me and my bro play split screen rumble pit and we work together. So funny.

Any sort of modding has a high chance of getting your account banned, I wouldn’t recommend it

Actually yes. If XBL picks up that you have modded content, a modded console or someone reports you for modding then yes you can be banned for it

the report system doesn’t detect anything it only works if 200+ reports in one day and if you would read the descriptions before reporting it says that the mod has to give them an unfair advantage so it is allowed because its a color xbox can detect console mods but any mods that you can do from hxd, save editing cannot be detected i should know i modded my borderlands 2 and if what you said was true then you couldn’t share minecraft maps without getting banned because you have to mod the save to make it yours the reason why the service tag one gets you banned is because bungie/343 made it where the server automatically bans people who have more than 4 characters and microsoft doesn’t care if the game is old because if they did they would ban all the modders in waw, mw1 and mw2 since those three games are infested with them a color that makes you a shade of whit doesn’t affect other people’s experience in the game and if it does they ask how to do it you tell them they are happy with the knowledge
Hey 343 bring nameplate and flaming helmets back for halo reach

These aren’t available any more I’m afraid and haven’t been for quite a few years now. The ability to hand them out was never passed from Bungie to 343i

Nameplates were done by bungie and only able to be put on if you were on the bungie site. and the flaming helmets are from the legendary edition of halo reach
Hmm, I’ve never noticed this.

Trust me they are there, you won’t see them in a team based game type because the colours are overridden just play a few games of infection and you might see one.
