Customization is nothing like they said it was going to be. Very lack luster and there is barely anything decent to unlock without paying for it (even it being something not good enough to pay 15 DOLLARS FOR let alone any amount of money!!!)

Other games in the past have fantastic progression with amazing rewards that bring you back to play more and more as your character grows with customization and trackers etc. Not HALO Infinite, sadly.

I don’t understand the obsession with non-ranked exp progression/customization. I think being able to customize the cosmetics of your spartan is a neat feature, but it is not the primary reason I play a first person shooter.
I think 343 should improve PvP interaction; put simply, your ability to meet and play with other players. As a steam user I find it difficult to communicate to other players that I would like to play with them. This could be solved by creating a “party up” or “rematch” option in the post game menu, allowing voice chat with your opponents, and by allowing anyone to virtually connect to a custom game that you create.
At the moment I am somewhat fortunate to have a group of 4-5 guys I know IRL who are of somewhat similar ability to me. But I’m realistic. They will lost interest in the game over time and I will be left playing match after match with complete strangers of varying ability. That’s not exactly fun.
