I’ve been playing since Halo 1 and I’d like to give some important feedback. The graphics and the processing looks well done. Important is that the Battle Rifle has a good balance, which is what the community has been missing. It was always the standard weapon and the strongest weapon. The boost is away from H5, which is very good. I think it is important to dare new things but stay true to the origin, Battle Rifle must be as a standard weapon.

I was absolutely stoked to see the multiplayer, however, there was one thing I saw on the post about Infinite’s multiplayer, there was mention of skill based matchmaking, coming from CoD CW has left me sceptical on the topic, will it be as influential or will it be like typical matchmaking?

As someone who loves H2/H3 I am actually really excited for the BTB aspect of this game. Back in the “good ole days” 8v8 gameplay was guaranteed to lag due to P2P hosting. I have been playing a ton of MCC lately and dedicated servers makes this type of gameplay amazing.
I think the fact they have a focus on this type of gameplay is exciting as well. What will be interesting is learning more about the pool of maps and their plan to expand them as well.

I think 343 will take a page out of fortnite’s book and give campaign owners free battle pass, kinda like the “fortnite crew pack” thing
