the release has been delayed for some time. they needed to iron out IM ASSUMING connection things and minor bugs, keep an eye on waypoint and insider, some people have gotten the pre load, most have not yet. patience my friends all is okay

I downloaded it but you had to install it 3 hours ago
I was able to update it, but I wasn’t able to play it.

I’m on PC as well and haven’t received anything yet, they might not have sent out emails for PC yet
If you got invited to the waypoint app beta the app is back up and running
