I load in the disc to play Halo however the installation keeps stopping. With that, I can’t play the game. Checked my network status, everything is good. Can play the other games, just Halo’s installation is preventing me from playing it. Need help.

Are you installing the game off of a disk for the first time, or just trying to play but it has already been installed before?
its possible the original installation just got screwed up, so you will need to manage the game and delete it then try again. Occasionally the stamp of the physical disk has a problem. if you delete the original installation and it fails to install again, you may need a new disk.
And of course, troubleshooting 101, try to hard reset your xbox by turning off Instant-on in the power settings, then restarting.
