i have been playing halo for a long time and only just had problems with the new halo4 im not the only one to have the same problem but there is no actual support for anything to be reported so how can players actaully get a answer to a gaming problem rather than just from the community which is not possable for an answer when its a programmer of halo that one would need to talk to (no offence to other gamers), the thing that is needed to know is if anyone other than the people that was playing at the time have the same problem as my gaming companions do :- while playing a game players SR stats was all reset and the weapons was set to the basic ones as from SR1 which most was SR30 and above we all got the same shield, magnum, frag granades, and battle rifle, this was not the weapons we picked and after that it kicked us all from the game and we cant join each other in multi player match making.
we are woundering if anyone else has had this problem if so did you solve it and how? if you have had the problem and not solved it hope you do get it solved and soon. thanks for reading and hope to be able to actaully get someone from 343 to message on this topic.
p.s. others who wasnt on at that time and are just coming on after that there game stats are fine and its not your xbox as i went on the same xbox on another account of a friend and theres was fine.
