Last year I purchased the Halo MCC and qualified for the free month of xbox live gold. At the time I had a auto renew policy and the additional month could not be applied to my account. I then spoke to MS and they stated I had to let my subscription lapse and then apply the code. I followed their orders and now my gold subscriptions is ended. However, the issue i have is the xbox live message was deleted from my inbox, so I cant redeem the code. I already spoke with MS today and they stated I need to post on this forum in order to get another redemption code. Please 343 let me know how to obtain my month of xbox live gold as I need to get back online to pwn noobs!
Hey OP, if you check the MCC FAQ link in my sig there’s an Xbox Live support forum you need to post on and the reps there will help sort this out for you (near the bottom of the first post). That’s the forum Microsoft support should have directed you to instead of here
