My Halo MCC wont install

Every other game I have installs fine and I have more than enough space. I have hard rebooted the console, turned off the internet, tried reinstalling but my disc never installs. Usually my game goes fine until around 60 percent and then it goes back down to around 30 percent. From there I can only go to around 70 percent when the game just stops installing. Sometimes I get the problems with my disc warning. I have installed the game perfectly before twice in 2015 but last year onwards it has never worked. Just in case its important, Im from America and got the game preowned. The thing is it stops intalling when downloading from the internet so I was not sure if it is a problem with my disc. I have also tried installing without the updates and with and usually its the same result.

I just wanted to know if its a problem on microsoft or my disc is scratched up.

It might be your disc. It loaded faster than Halo 5 Guardians and I ways able to load the game while it was installing. Should only take 25-45 minutes, based in my experience.

I’m not sure what to do about it. On both my xbox 1(s), the Halo MCC have installed just fine. But for some reason now it just gets to 9 percent and stops. I probably should also mention that I always install offline because I don’t always have access to internet. Any clues to how this is fixed?
