Been away from MCC multiplayer for a long time since the last time I played online (probably before halo 5 release) just started playing again and what is tour’s? Is it like different seasons you’ve played through or like old COD prestige’s?
Basically, after reaching level 30, when you level up, you’ll be level 1 but at the next tour automatically.
It’s just a progression rank.
It’s like a prestige except you are awarded nothing for it after tour 4 rank 10.

I’m still getting armor and nameplates, Tour 6, level 20. I actually saw a Tour 10 the other day. Forgot to take a screenshot.

30 Ranks, each one your little badge changes slightly, eventually your background changes too.

Up until the rank I listed you are awarded a Season Point for leveling up. From Tour 4 Rank 11 and onward there is 0 incentive for leveling up aside from trying to reach max rank, which a majority of players have no intention to reach. The only means to earn season points at higher ranks is to complete the weekly challenges at a fixed 12 points per week.

I know and matched against some who was in the final tour, his name was Trpmy (sorry if I misspelled it) so there’s at least one person who’s on the final tour.

Ah nice! Someone finally got there.
Guessing the XP increase for challenges was a big help haha.

It certainly helped me become a tour 8 in mid Augest instead in late September/early October.
