So I was talking with halo waypoint support about halo MCC I was banned and was approved to be unbanned. So I waited. Theban never lifted. So I remessged support and they said the ban is staying. So since I can’t talk to a real person the bot won’t listen to me and lift the ban. what do I do?

Did you message support under the ticket that said you would be unbanned or did you create a new ticket? Also is it a perm ban or a temporary one (quitting matches, afk etc)?
I received a 30 day ban once.
It was my first ever ban. I was never told why, it happened randomly when I woke up the next day.
I opened a ticket; two weeks later I got a response that I had broken the rules. No further explanation.
343 Support is a joke, always has been.

I’m sure you would have spent a lot of time thinking about what you might have done to break the rules. Were you able to figure out what it could have been?
I know why I was banned but it was overturned

No. None of the people I played with for the several days before the ban were banned either.
And it was an immediate 30 day ban. No explanation. Still annoys me.
Can you provide screenshots/information? Very curious, I’ve never heard of them doing that.
