I talked to Xbox support about this and one of their agents sent me here to make a claim before I can get a refund on the game. When I start up the game it crashes and doesn’t work. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and nothing. I just want a refund on the game.

  2. I have no idea what the issue is.

  3. Have you tried factory resetting your console?
