HEY ok so we can finally see our service records after like 5 days of not being able to.
BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT , for some weird reason my top ranked playlist is not updating and it still says 4. maybe it has to do with me going from 4 to 9 on pc broke it but IDKKKK. Even on MCC if u vist my profile by searching my username using the built in system you can see that my max level is 13 is 13 its so weird it doesnt update i might be on the wrong forum though

did u change ur gamertag? ive seen somewhere that has something to do with it but idkkk stat tracking on halo waypoint is messing up i guess.
also this ranked playlist thing is happening to two other people as well

Yes, before i got back on xbox. I left xbox in the 360 red ring war days. Came back in may with a series x. Thinking about it im gonna bet itll work prob after they get the waypoint app back up an running. Thanks for the shout.

thank you so much for this! it sucks but atleast now I know hopefully it fixes when crossplay for campaign to xbox and pc and stats mix or something like that that will happen in the future bcs thats what lots of people say will fix lots of issuis

honestly might submit a halo support ticket in known issuis part of the website they dont even awknoledge it

Already have done it. They informed me to keep posting here as it is a site issue and not related to the game.

Have the same issue. Still showing my highest skill rank as 10 but I got that back when MCC first launched and have only recently came back and now have ranked higher but its not reflected on my MCC service record.
