I used to get 300+ fps with my gaming rig on Halo Reach, but lately I’ve been dipping in 10-20 fps for some reason and it happens especially when I move my mouse at all. I do not have Razer Cortex installed, Discord overlay is disabled.

Completely shutting down discord process helps a lot, but why?
