Hello all!
I am trying to play some multiplayer games to enjoy some time with old friends before I go back into the hospital for more treatments and don’t get the chance to do so again.
I picked up the MCC on steam and trying to load into multiplayer, it simply says “Loading: Connecting…” then it will kick me back to the main menu and say “Connection Interrupted.”
Now, I am banned from matchmaking. Each time, my friends have said that I was in the game briefly, but then left, however on my screen I never made it past the map and loading bar for connecting.
Is there any fix I can do to allow me to play? My friends playing on the xbox app seem to have no problem with it, and sadly, I do not have money to spend for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to do it there, but I also just spent $40 to buy it on steam…

This is a known issue. From the Global Known issues article on the Halo Support site:
- Players can be disconnected from an online match with a “Connection Interrupted” error.
- Please submit a ticket if you encounter this issue.
Head over to the support site and select the Global Known Issues article, then scroll down to find the link to submit a ticket.

oh i did that. i was just trying to see if anyone here had found a work around…considering MAYBE it can be solved sooner with community help.
Another update.
ANOTHER ban for a bug that I have NO control over.
How is this only happening at certain times of the day?!
