These are the Halo 5 forums mate, also they said the issue would be fixed when Season 8 comes out, its a rather widespread issue.

This is a known issue that 343 are going to fix with the release of Season 8. There is no ETA on Season 8’s release at the moment though. Feel free to follow the support topic here, I post any updates there (edited into the first post) as the come out:
