Halo mcc multiplayer is broken. Screen says “players found” but no players ever populate the lobby. After about 5 minutes it goes back to “restating search” and the cycle repeats. I’ve tried every playlist and this happens on every single one. I noticed this last week. Thought it would be fixed after a week but sure enough it hasn’t, I’m online right now and the same thing is happening. Haven’t played one single multiplayer game! Please fix this!
343 knew about this before launch
its terrible and I can’t find any explanation other than its the 343 servers. the “low population” argument is the DUMBEST thing I have ever heard. Do you know how many people have xboxlive? it takes 8 players to play a game of halo. games are 5-20 minutes long…
even if I find games the wait is always brutal and if I dont lag out one of the other 7 players usually does, making the game not fun. even if all 8 of us manage to find each other and load the map, the ranking system has been so obstructed by these MM issues that one or two people in each game are so much more skilled that they easily control weapons and slaughter us all game. sometimes I am that person and even that isnt fun.
what year is this 343 ? I would ask “how hard is it to create a MM system in which you spend at least 25% of your time actually playing the game”, but I already know the answer to that. Not very. You literally just do not care, and that is infuriating.
ya looks like 343 has completely given up on the MCC since halo 5 launched. this is really really sad
i was hoping to get to play the MCC for years to come (possibly). i played recently with 2 friends and only found about 2 games in almost an hour. i know part of it is the low population but this game is still broken. what a shame, it will always be that way it seems
"completely given up " yeah they have but like…wtf…how can they just do that…just take take our money and have a broken MM system… is it really that hard? Can they talk to us? I feel so neglected and I feel like there are a lot of oldschool halo fans that just want to play 2 and 3. I would pay another GD 60$ for a MM update. Im just shocked they would piss all over such a large community. I know I am not alone in planning never to buy anything from them again…
